    Welcome to the Shipping & Returns for Refisio!

    This page should help answer all your questions about our shipping & returns policies. However if you still need more information about anything related to the shipping of your order please do not hesitate to contact us via online form.

    When will my order be shipped?
    We aim to process all of our orders within 24-48 hours from Monday-Friday once payment is confirmed.

    Do you offer international shipping?
    At this time we ship within Australia only.

    What are your shipping charges?
    The shipping fees will be clearly displayed on your check-out page.

    Which shipping company do you use?
    Most of our orders are shipped using Australia Post.

    Will all of my items be shipped together?
    All of the items in an order will be shipped together most of the time. However if you have a particularly large order then it may be necessary to ship them in two separate boxes. We will send the two or more boxes off together so technically you should still receive your order altogether.

    Money Return Policy

    14-day-money-back-guarantee-1-.pngEvery item sold by Refisio is warranted with a 14-day money back return policy. If you are not satisfied when you receive your item, please return it within 14 days for a replacement or money back.

    General Return Policy

    Our Money Back Returns Policy applies in relation to every product we sell provided:-

    • You notify us of your intention to return the item/s within 7 days of you receiving your products/ orders from us.
    • The returned item/s are received by us within 14 days of receipt.
    • There will be a 20% restocking fee taken out of the total refund amount if your return the item AFTER the 14 days of receipt.
    • Customer will have to pay for the item returns postage
    • It is recommended that you insure for the full value of the item being returned, in case the shipment is lost during transit.
    • The item/s are returned to us in brand-new condition with all internal and external packaging undamaged, accessories, swing tags, labels and manuals complete and intact.
    • The item/s are NOT used, worn or damaged, the packaging is unopened, and item/s are in 100% re-saleable condition when we receive them back.
    • The item is securely packed for return postage to ensure that the item and packaging are received back by us in original and re-saleable condition. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund your purchase price if we find that the goods are not in such a condition; however, a partial refund may be made at our discretion
    • That you DO NOT stick or write anything on the item itself or its packaging. Please only write or place postage stickers on the outer postage packaging.

    Any refund of the purchase price of the returned item will exclude delivery charges. If you received free delivery then we reserve the right to deduct the cost of delivery from your refund amount.

    Return Instruction
    To return an item to us for your money back:

    • Send an email to or our 'Online Contact Form' stating your order number and the item/s you wish to return.

    • Our Customer Service Team will then issue you a Return Authorisation (RAN) number and advise our return address.

    • Please ensure you include this RAN number with your returned item/s to enable us to process your refund promptly.
    • We will notify you once your return has been processed.

    Exchange Policy
    We will exchange an item for the same item if we have the stock available. We will arrange refund  upon receipt of the returned item if the replacement stock is not available.  

    If you want to make a change to your order before it has shipped you can simply call us at 0415 658 588 or LIVE CHAT with our support team. If the order has already shipped you will have to first return the purchase and then request that the refunded money is applied to your new purchase.

    Returns and Refunds 

    You are entitled to return goods and ask for a refund, exchange or repair if the goods you purchased meet the following criteria:

    • Have a fault that you could not have known about at the time of purchase.
    • Are not the same as the description provided by the salesperson or advertisement.
    • Do not match the sample you were shown at the time of purchase.
    • Do not do perform as you were led to believe.

    Refisio will exchange or refund a product that meets the above return and refund requirements. You are required to return the product in its original condition, preferably in its box undamaged, together with proof of purchase.

    Defective products will be either repaired or replaced with the original product purchased, however if this is not able to be done a full refund will be provided.

    Refisio will pay the freight for the return of products and also for the resupply of products where applicable.

    Refisio will also agree to exchange products where the customer has ordered the incorrect size or type providing the customer pays the return and resupply freight costs. Where a different product is resupplied there may be a cost adjustment.

    You are not entitled to a refund when you:

    • Simply change your mind or no longer want the goods;
    • Realise you can't afford the goods;
    • Found the same item at a cheaper price elsewhere;
    • Choose the incorrect size and/or colour;
    • Knew about the particular fault prior in advance of purchase;
    • Were responsible for causing the fault or defect.

    Refisio reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee if the goods are returned without the original box, have clear signs of use or without the original product packaging and accessories.

    In these cases the Customer is required to pay the return freight to Refisio.
